You're here because something pulled you. Maybe it was a photo that stopped your scroll, or a friend who couldn't stop talking about their session. Either way, I'm really glad you're here.
I started photographing families because I believe the images you hang in your home shape the way your children understand your story. Not the posed, everyone-look-at-the-camera kind. The real ones. The chaos and the quiet. The in-between moments that somehow say everything.
[Your studio name] has been [documenting families / photographing portraits / capturing newborns] in [your area] since [year]. I've photographed hundreds of [sessions / families / babies] since then, and the thing that gets me every single time is watching people actually see themselves through my lens. That's what I'm here to create for you.
If that resonates, keep reading. I think we're going to be a good fit.
Before we talk collections or dates, I want to make sure this is the right fit for both of us.
After photographing [X]+ sessions over the past [X] years, I've learned that the best images come from clients who feel at ease. Not from perfectly coordinated outfits or perfectly behaved kids. That ease starts with a conversation.
When you reach out, here's what happens: I'll send over a short questionnaire to learn a little about your family, what you're hoping to walk away with, and what stage of life you're in right now. Then we'll hop on a quick call, or trade a few emails if that's easier, to answer questions and figure out the details.
I want to hear how you met, what your kids are obsessed with right now, whether you're the type who wants candid chaos or something a little more curated. All of it helps me show up prepared to make images that actually look like your family.
Sessions within [X] miles of [city] are included. Extended travel is available, just ask.

Your session fee covers the time, preparation, and care that goes into creating images worth printing and keeping. Here's what's always included, no matter which session type you choose.
Every session includes a pre-session style consultation by phone or video, access to my client wardrobe for mama, a [X]-hour session at the studio, your home, or an outdoor location of your choice, a private online gallery delivered within [X] weeks, and a print release for personal use.
Digital files, prints, and products are available through the collections below. I want you to actually do something with these images, not leave them sitting in a folder you never open.
Not sure which collection is right for you? The most common question I get is whether people will regret not getting the album. Honestly, most do. I'd rather you know that upfront than figure it out six months later when the gallery link expires.

For the family who wants flexibility above all else
Most clients come in thinking they just want the digitals and leave wishing they'd also grabbed prints. I designed these collections to make that decision a little easier, so you're not staring at a menu of 40 line items after an already emotional session.
Products are selected during a private ordering session after your gallery is delivered. We'll look through your images together and I'll help you figure out exactly what you want, where it goes, and what it will look like in your home before you commit to anything.
Your gallery stays active for [X] days. After that, ordering closes and the gallery comes down.
[If you do in-person ordering sessions, say so here and explain what that looks like. Clients who go through an ordering session spend significantly more than clients who order on their own. It's worth building into your process and explaining early.]
Printed on beautiful stock, addressed and ready to send. Because some milestones deserve more than a group text.
A linen-covered box with a 4x6 print of every image from your session inside. The kind of thing that lives on a shelf for years and comes out on birthdays, anniversaries, the nights when you just want to look back for a while.
I offer a complimentary wall art consultation to help you choose the right image and size for your space before you order anything.
A professionally printed, properly finished piece ready to hang the day it arrives. No trips to the frame shop, no guessing at sizing. I can help you figure out the right image and the right size for your space during your ordering session.
Upgrade options: leather cover, debossed name or date, linen color selection
A lay-flat album is the closest thing to a book of your family. Pages lie completely flat so images spread edge to edge without a crease in the middle. Covered in linen, available in a range of sizes, and designed by me before anything goes to print.
There's a difference between images you have and images you live with.
Digital files are wonderful. They're searchable, shareable, and easy to send to grandma. But they also live on devices that crash, in cloud accounts that expire, in folders that quietly go unopened for years. I've watched it happen to clients who had every intention of printing someday.
Heirloom products exist for a different reason. A fine art album on the coffee table gets picked up. A framed print in the hallway gets noticed every single day. A keepsake box passed down to your kids becomes the thing they fight over when they're grown. These aren't luxury add-ons. They're the point.
Everything I offer is sourced from labs and makers I trust. The materials are archival, the craftsmanship is the kind that holds up for generations, and every product is something I'd put in my own home.

Each session includes a pre-session style consultation, access to client wardrobe, [25+] digital images, one fine art print, and your choice of studio, home, or outdoor location. The newborn session also includes 25 birth announcements with envelopes, and you'll receive a petit motherhood session in studio during baby's first year.
Membership spots are limited each season and tend to fill early, especially fall and spring. If you're expecting, reach out sooner than feels necessary.
The first year goes faster than anyone warns you it will. This membership was built for the mama who doesn't want to look back and realize she only has a handful of images from the year that changed everything.
Four sessions. One cohesive set of images. A complete record of your baby's first year from bump to birthday.
Products are ordered after your gallery is delivered. You'll have [X] days to place your order while the gallery is active.
Sometimes you fall in love with more images than your collection covers. Sometimes you decide halfway through the session that you absolutely need something for the living room wall. These are here for that.
[Location name] is one of my favorite spots to shoot in [season]. The light here is [warm and golden / soft and filtered / open and bright]. It's [a short drive from downtown / easy to navigate with little ones / usually quiet enough that we have it to ourselves].
For each location, describe what makes the light or setting worth choosing, the best time of day or season, what type of session it works best for, and anything practical like parking or how far of a walk it is.

The best locations are the ones that mean something to you — a favorite park, the backyard where your kids run wild, a neighborhood you've walked a hundred times. I'm always happy to work with wherever feels like home. But if you want ideas, here are a few of my favorites in [your area].
I keep a small wardrobe available, mostly flowy dresses for mama in sizes [X through X]. Just ask if you'd like to borrow something.
I keep a Pinterest board updated with outfit ideas for every season and session type. Families, maternity, newborns, and everything in between.
I recommend color families over perfectly matched sibling outfits. A little coordination goes a long way, and kids are always more themselves in clothes they actually like wearing.
A few of my favorite shops: [Link to Pinterest board or favorites]
Think complement, not match. You're not trying to be identical, you're trying to feel cohesive. If Dad's in a blue and blush plaid, Mom might reach for a flowy dusty blue dress. If the kids are in neutrals, you have a lot of room to play.
A few things that almost always work: stick to two or three colors across the whole family, choose color families over exact shades (pastels together, earthy tones together, jewel tones together), skip large logos and busy graphics, and reach for natural fabrics. Linen, cotton, and soft knits photograph beautifully. Layers help too. A denim jacket or linen overshirt adds interest without adding noise.
The number one question I get before every session: what do we wear? It matters more than most people expect, not because outfits make or break photos, but because how you feel in your clothes will show up in every frame.
Yes. Sessions within [X] miles of [your city] are included in your session fee. For anything beyond that, reach out and we'll figure out the details.
After your gallery is delivered, we'll schedule a short call to look through your images together. I'll help you figure out which ones you love most, what products make sense for your space, and what everything will look like before you order anything. Most clients find this part a lot easier than they expected, and they walk away with products they actually use.
Honestly, not much. Don't hype it up as a big formal event. Kids pick up on that energy and tighten up. Tell them you're going somewhere fun to take some pictures, bring snacks, and let them be themselves. Some of the best shots happen when everyone stops trying to pose.
Through a private online gallery within [X] weeks of your session. You'll be able to view, download, share, and place product orders directly from there.
It happens and it's never a problem. I keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out if we need to make a call. We can move to another date at no extra charge, or find a covered or indoor location that still gives us beautiful light.
Earlier than feels necessary. My weekends, especially in spring and fall, tend to fill six to eight weeks out. A signed contract and deposit hold your spot. If you're expecting, book your newborn session before your third trimester. Newborns are most flexible and sleepiest in the first five to fourteen days, so we'll pencil in a due date and confirm once baby arrives.
If you've made it this far, something here probably felt right. I'd love to hear from you.
To reserve your date, I'll need a signed contract and a [50% / $XXX] deposit. Once those are in, your spot is locked and we can get to the good part: planning your session, talking through locations, and figuring out what everyone's going to wear.
Questions first? Send them over. No pressure, no rush.
